This week we'll be cooking with seasonal vegetables.
While this theme obviously overlaps with many of the traditional Thankgiving vegetables, it doesn't limit us to making only traditional Thanksgiving foods.
Since everyone will probably be sick of Thanksgiving food soon, I figured this would be a good alternative.

I'm making squash flautas.
We'll be bringing a Chickpea-Cranberry Tart (from the recent issue of VegNews). And some Chocolate Peppermint bars, cause chocolate is always in season.
